Hansel Group Marketing is a direct marketing agency serving the mail order catalog industry.  Launched in 1997 by Tanya Hansel, a catalog veteran of 17 years, Hansel Group Marketing offers catalog marketing, direct mail marketing, email marketing, direct response consulting, catalog response analysis, marketing strategy, circulation planning, and catalog consulting services.

About the founder...


Tanya Hansel spent seven years at Neiman Marcus working in both the retail and mail order divisions.  As the senior circulation manager, she was responsible for planning, executing, and managing the catalog mailings (both domestic and international) including the legendary Christmas Book.

She spent the next three years at Athletic Supply, a licensed sports apparel cataloger, playing a key role in planning the marketing strategy and aiding in the launch of a new golf catalog title.  Athletic Supply was later sold to Genesis Direct.

For the past 14 years, she has served as president and owner of Hansel Group Marketing.  Her achievements include revenue-generating strategies that netted one client an additional $1 million in sales, and customer acquisition tactics that propelled another client to the #20 spot on Catalog Success's list of Top 200 Catalogs (based on house file growth).

 

Tanya has been a featured catalog consultant in several articles published by Multichannel Merchant and Luxury Daily.
